The property needed a fair bit of work after a long-time tenant moved out, and Sherry & Richard immediately evaluated the home, sent loads of photos and made their recommendations- all spot on. After agreeing to the scope of work, Sherry secured competitive bids, we chose the contractor, the work was done very quickly and it looks beautiful. Sherry managed the entire process and the final results are a reflection of her high standards and attention to detail.

When I saw the after photos of the home once all of the work was done, I really couldn't believe how fantastic everything looked- the new tile, the cleaned-up back yard, the upgrades in the kitchen, the painting, fences, gutters & downspouts- everything looked great.

The work wasn't even finished when the Zwicks began advertising the property, and in less than 2 weeks we secured a terrific new tenant that signed a 2-year lease at the desired price point. The Zwicks move fast and deliver great results!

This is for all who are interested in buying Real Estate, and for what ever legitimate reason you may have, that's enough to keep you from buying properties and making the move. I met Richard Zwick via telephone August of 2007. I was interested in a piece of land in a beautiful community in Deltona Florida, but wasn't sure if I could afford it or make it happen. I was 39 yrs old and was thinking of buying a nice place to build my retirement home in the future.

I called Richard Zwick and swamped him with questions. The amount of patience and dedication that he had with me, I have not seen in a mother of ten, and I know a few of those moms.
